Hey there..
At Work Within, our purpose is simple... to walk alongside people and organisations as they grow. We believe meaningful change begins within, and we are committed to helping individuals, teams, and leaders discover their strengths, deepen self-awareness, and build cultures that thrive.
About Us
Our work is grounded in four core values

Wellbeing
We care about the people we work with. We are dedicated to helping individuals, teams, organisations, and the sector we work with, fostering resilience and balance while creating relationships founded in trust and safety.

Belonging
We create space for people to feel seen, heard, and valued, fostering genuine connections and trust with all people we work with, while honouring their gifts, wisdom, and unique experiences.

Compassion
We lead with empathy, understanding, and kindness, recognising the humanity in every person we meet.

Growth
We nurture reflection, curiosity, learning, and development, walking alongside people to help them grow, discover new ways of working and being, and to thrive.
Meet the Director - Amy
My greatest passion is seeing people grow... as individuals and as part of a team.

With over 26 years of experience in the community sector, I bring deep expertise in counselling, group work, and leadership development. I’ve worked across both government and not-for-profit settings, with diverse experience in domestic and family violence, child protection, mental health, and women’s specialist services.

I understand the power of therapeutic work and the courage it takes to lean into self-awareness, change, and challenge. I’m passionate about guiding individuals and teams to discover their strengths and grow into the best versions of themselves.

My work focuses on building safe, resilient, and dynamic team cultures that can adapt to the fast-paced and evolving human services sector. I help teams establish shared values, best practices, and healthy boundaries, creating workplaces that balance accountability with compassion. Through mentoring and reflective practice, I teach the importance of vulnerability, resilience, and authentic leadership.

I’m committed to finding innovative ways to strengthen practitioners and teams as they navigate the complexities of trauma-informed work. I partner with organisations to foster growth, support change, and evolve team culture to its highest potential.

My greatest joy lies in seeing people recognise their worth, embrace their potential, and step confidently into who they are meant to be.
I hope to meet you soon!

Love,
Amy
