Group Supervision
Working in human services, especially with people who have experienced violence and trauma, can be deeply meaningful and challenging at the same time. Group supervision sessions provide a safe and supportive space for practitioners and leaders to reflect, share, learn, and make meaning of their experiences in this work together.

At Work Within, our group supervision sessions are person-centred, catering to the needs of the team at the time. They may focus on understanding the impact of the work on you, your team, and the people you support. Through guided reflection, discussion, and shared learning, we help you develop resilience, enhance your professional practice, and navigate the complexities of your work with confidence.

2 hour sessions are recommended for teams on a monthly to bi-monthly basis.
Pricing
Group supervision fee: $365 per hour (+GST)
A $100 (+GST) travel fee applies to on-site visits.
